Terms & Conditions
General website terms for Lisora B2B inquiries and potential orders.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Website purpose
shoplisora.com provides product information and tools for B2B inquiries. Website content, sample models, and inquiry submissions are invitations to discuss business and are not binding offers or automatic order acceptances.
2. Quotations and contracts
A commercial obligation begins only when the parties accept a written quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, purchase order acceptance, or equivalent confirmation. That written document controls if it conflicts with general website content.
3. Product information
Images and starter models are references. Final material, GSM, dimensions, tolerances, color, pattern, packing, labeling, MOQ, price, sample standard, and inspection method must be confirmed in writing. Buyers are responsible for checking that the approved specification suits their intended use and destination requirements.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are provided by written quotation and may depend on specification, quantity, packing, raw material conditions, currency, shipment terms, and validity period. Payment method, deposit, balance, banking charges, and currency are stated in the applicable order document.
5. Intellectual property
The website content and Lisora branding may not be copied or used without permission. A buyer must have the right to provide any logo, artwork, packaging, specification, or other material submitted for production and is responsible for third-party claims arising from unauthorized materials.
6. Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with operation, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without a guarantee that every item is continuously available or suitable for every use. Liability for an order is governed by the accepted written agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Events outside reasonable control
Performance can be affected by events outside reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural events, government measures, labor disruption, utility failure, epidemic conditions, or material shortages. The applicable order agreement determines notice and relief.
9. Governing terms and disputes
The governing law, dispute process, and venue for a transaction should be stated in the quotation or sales contract. If they are not stated, the parties should agree them in writing before the order is accepted.
