1. B2B Order Basics

Lisora is a B2B website that operates primarily on a request-for-quote basis. Products are not sold through an automated online checkout process. Each order is governed by an accepted quote, pro forma invoice, sales contract, specification confirmation, or other written agreement.

2. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products

Products that are manufactured, processed, printed, colored, packaged, or labeled according to the buyer’s specifications are generally not eligible for return due to changes in the buyer’s preferences or ordering errors, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3. Inspection and Notification

The Buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding visible damage, quantity, model, or specifications must be made within the time period specified in the relevant quotation or contract. The notification must include the order number, the affected quantity, a description, photographs, and relevant shipping documents.

4. Review of Valid Claims

If we confirm that the goods materially fail to conform to the agreed-upon written specifications, we will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the order agreement and applicable law. Depending on the specific circumstances, remedies may include replacement, repair, a full refund, a partial refund, or another mutually agreed-upon solution. Any returns must be authorized in writing in advance and accompanied by return instructions.

5. Exclusions

Claims may be denied if the damage results from improper storage, misuse, alteration, normal deviations permitted by the specifications, operations performed after the transfer of risk, or failure to comply with the agreed-upon inspection and notification procedures.

6. Samples

Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only. Availability, costs, shipping charges, and any refund or credit arrangements must be confirmed in writing prior to shipment.
