1. Quotation controls

Shipping method, delivery point, freight responsibility, insurance, export documents, estimated lead time, and applicable Incoterms rule are stated in the quotation or sales contract. Website content is general information and does not replace the written order terms.

2. Lead time

Any production or dispatch estimate begins only after the conditions stated in the quotation are satisfied, which can include specification approval, sample approval, payment, packaging confirmation, and receipt of required documents. Estimates may change when the buyer changes the specification or quantity.

3. Freight and risk

Freight charges and the point at which cost and risk transfer depend on the agreed delivery rule and named place. Buyers should review the precise Incoterms rule and destination shown in the quotation before accepting it.

4. Customs and import requirements

Unless the written order states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for confirming import eligibility, local labeling, duties, taxes, permits, and destination requirements. We can provide agreed commercial documents, but the buyer remains responsible for destination compliance where required by the order terms.

5. Delays and delivery issues

Transit dates provided by carriers are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, both parties should cooperate with the carrier and provide the documents needed for a claim. Remedies depend on the agreed shipping terms, insurance, carrier rules, and sales contract.

6. Address changes

Shipping instructions must be confirmed before dispatch. Changes requested after booking or dispatch can create additional charges or delays and may not be possible.
